Purpose of the project

Create a new headquarters whose image reflects the openness and creativity that distinguish the client. The chosen location, two floors within the Villa Brasini complex on Via Flaminia Vecchia, seems like a parallel universe within the chaos and frenzy of the Roman district of Ponte Milvio that hosts it. The working environment was supposed to encourage the flow of ideas among the different groups of creatives, technicians, and management. Within the main environment, “production trees” have been placed, each with 4 equipped workstations. The need to keep the decorated environment and precious marble intact led to the idea of positioning free workstations within the space. For the same reason, all systems were designed to be overhead, hidden along the perimeter of the ceiling, and then reach the production areas with semi-transparent flying tubes. The canopies of the production trees were made with circular sound-absorbing surfaces. All this gave a great visual impact to the workstations, blending perfectly with the environment and adding even more character to an already highly characterized place. The use of Ecophon circular surfaces has generated a high acoustic comfort, making the working coexistence between different groups of creatives not only possible but also pleasant.
